I'm excited about Canon's brand new 7D digital SLR. I was able to scoop one up today - being one of the very first people in the world to use it. It's unbelievable. Here's a test shot!

The Patriot Re-Make

I photographed a couple of really patriotic boxer puppies the other morning and one of the photos reminded me so much of the movie, THE PATRIOT, starring Mel Gibson. At the photo shoot, there wasn't a war or anything, but the pup was very passionate about the task at hand and there was definitely an American Flag flying in the background.

WHERE'S THE SQUIRREL, NAL?

This is one of my dogs, Nala, the cock-a-doodle-doo. Like many dogs, she is always interested in befriending squirrels. For some reason, the squirrels don't share that same passion for a new friendship. What jerks.

Nal's passion for befriending squirrels shines through in her outstanding leaping abilities.

Calendar Madness!

It's 2010 calendar time! Little Friends has struck licensing deals with several calendar publishing companies and consequently DOZENS of Little Friends images are now seen in calendars around the world! Congratulations to my clients whose dogs and cats were chosen! Turns out some of the most photogenic pets in the country are right here in Southern California!

And I'd also like to point out that one of my dogs, Nala the doodle, earned not one, but TWO spots in the below calendar. hahaha. Nice work, Nals! Earnin' your keep!

The photo was taken in Park City, Utah. The star of the photo, Buddy, is a remarkable yellow labrador retriever and a phenomenal athlete! Congrats to Buddy and his family! Buddy is especially excited about the timing of his 15 minutes of fame considering that the film, "Marley and Me", is currently in theaters and is a box office smash hit. It's a wonderful time to celebrate this amazing breed!

Beverly Hills Chihuahua Premiere

The Premiere of Disney's "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" took place in Los Angeles on September 18th at the El Capitan theatre. The star of this movie is a shelter dog and was adopted from Los Angeles Animal Services! Talk about a rags to riches story! L.A Animal Services was at the premiere to promote adoption from the city shelters. Dozens of LA Shelter Dog photographs taken by Little Friends Photo were on display to help showcase the many amazing pets that are available for adoption!

Bow Wow Meow - Event Photos!

The Bow Wow Meow Animal Adoptions & Pet Expo took place in Brentwood on September 14, 2008. The event was a huge success and many pets found forever homes! Little Friends Photo was the official photographer. Click HERE to check out the photos.

Bow Wow Wow event at the Playboy Mansion

The 2008 Bow Wow Wow event was held on July 19, 2008 at the Playboy Mansion to benefit Much Love Animal Rescue. The night was a huge success and was supported by many celebrities including Tori Spelling, Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, Amy Smart, Denise Richards and Paula Abdul.
