Little Friends Photo has been chosen for the cover of JUST LABS Magazine! The January/February edition is available now and can be found at a bookstore near you. The photo was taken in Park City, Utah. The star of the photo, Buddy, is a remarkable yellow labrador retriever and a phenomenal athlete! Congrats to Buddy and his family! Buddy is especially excited about the timing of his 15 minutes of fame considering that the film, "Marley and Me", is currently in theaters and is a box office smash hit. It's a wonderful time to celebrate this amazing breed!

Beverly Hills Chihuahua Premiere

The Premiere of Disney's "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" took place in Los Angeles on September 18th at the El Capitan theatre. The star of this movie is a shelter dog and was adopted from Los Angeles Animal Services! Talk about a rags to riches story! L.A Animal Services was at the premiere to promote adoption from the city shelters. Dozens of LA Shelter Dog photographs taken by Little Friends Photo were on display to help showcase the many amazing pets that are available for adoption!

Bow Wow Meow - Event Photos!

Bow Wow Wow event at the Playboy Mansion

The 2008 Bow Wow Wow event was held on July 19, 2008 at the Playboy Mansion to benefit Much Love Animal Rescue. The night was a huge success and was supported by many celebrities including Tori Spelling, Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, Amy Smart, Denise Richards and Paula Abdul. West L.A.Shelter Dogs need a home

This is Hazel. Just found out she was adopted! Hurray! Mission accomplished!

This is Casper, the friendly dog. A0936967. He is less than two years old and has super cool eyes! Casper is deaf, so if you like to rock out to loud music, he won't mind a bit. Also - he may not know his own name, but will surely come to you if you wave treats in the air! ;)

Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue

In addition to working with the local animal shelters, Little Friends Photo also supports many private rescues including ACE OF HEARTS Dog Rescue, a wonderful organization located in Los Angeles! Thanks, Ace of Hearts, for all of the wonderful work you are doing and all of the dogs you are saving!

Little Friends Photo had the privilege of photographing the photogenic Teddy Hilton, who is owned by world-famous gossip blogger, Perez Hilton. Teddy is an 8-month old mini golden-doodle who loves the camera! It was so much fun to work with this super-cool pup!

Little Friends featured on CBS News!

Exciting news! CBS has aired a story about Little Friends and our volunteer work with the Los Angeles City Animal Shelters! The story focuses on how a good picture can make a big difference for a shelter pet in finding a forever home. The story has aired several times on CBS2 and KCAL9 and is also available online. It is anticipated that over 1 MILLION people will see this story overall! A BIG THANK YOU goes out to CBS for supporting this cause! This is amazing exposure for shelter animals in need of homes! And as we all know, any break a shelter pet can catch is a good one!

Giving Back

Little Friends Photo proudly supports various charity organizations. This past weekend, we supported two amazing charities by donating our photography services to the silent auctions.

The Young Professionals Group (YPG) is dedicated to empowering young men and women to serve the Los Angeles homeless community. They demonstrate their commitment through fundraising and volunteer activities while offering members social networking opportunities. On Saturday, May 3rd, the YPG Swingin' Occasion took place at Union Station. This wonderful event benefited the Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women & Children. Thanks to everyone for attending! And thanks to Miss California for her support!

Voice for the Animals Foundation is devoted to creating respect and empathy for animals through education, rescue, advocacy and legislation. The STAND UP FOR THE ANIMALS Comedy event took place on Sunday, May 4th to raise money for this incredible organization.
